Our Services

Our Service Standards:

  • We take pride in our work and strive to provide perfect, error-free services.   However, if we do make a mistake (which is rare!) we will correct it at our own cost.  That’s our guarantee to you.
  • Our standard turnaround time for delivery of services is 48 hours, however this is negotiable for urgent tasks.
  • Confidentiality is important to us and we will never disclose your confidential information to anybody.  Your information will be protected and treated as strictly confidential.  Your virtual assistant will happily sign any confidentiality/non-disclosure statements required.
  • We provide complimentary storage of your electronic documents for up to 12 months, and these can be retrieved by the client at any time during that 12 months for a small CD burning fee.
  • We make sure location is not a barrier. We use a wide variety of systems and procedures to ensure that the physical location of our clients does not adversely impact the quality of service received.  So whether you are based in Melbourne, elsewhere in Australia, or even overseas, you’ll still get the highest level of business support services from us here at MJS.
