Our Rates

Our services are provided on a flat-fee basis, commencing at $35.00 per hour.  We do not apply surcharges for urgent work or for work carried out on public holidays or weekends.

Audio Transcription

Our transcription rates start at $1.60 per audio minute for clear, one speaker audio.  Rates vary according to the clarity of your recordings and the number of speakers.  Please contact us for an exact quotation.


Don’t get tied down by messy retainer packages!

Here at MJS we don’t tie you down with messy retainer packages where you lose your money at the end of the month if you haven’t used it – where’s the value in that!?  We simply invoice you at the end of each month for the number of hours that you have used our services.  You can utilise us as much, or as little, as you like - now that’s value!

 

 

 


The fine print …

  • All rates quoted are in Australian dollars
  • Rates are applicable from 1 October 2011 and are subject to change without notice
  • MJS Virtual Business Support is not required to be registered for GST
  • Time is charged in 15 minute increments with a minimum of 1 hour
  • Hourly rate does not include disbursements which are required to be reimbursed by the client.  Disbursements include mobile & international phone calls, postage, fax calls, courier charges, special printing & job specific stationery.
  • Invoices are issued on a monthly basis and are payable within fourteen (14) days.
